Resolution amending Resolution 279 of 2022, which authorized the Mayor and Director of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Professional Service Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Planet Technologies in a form approved by the City Solicitor in order to provide for compensation for: (1) access a comprehensive Microsoft Library for training, reporting, and customized materials; and (2) assistance business hours to support, manage, and grow Office 365 environments critical to migrating applications to the cloud, by increasing the cost by One Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($105,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution amending Resolution 279 of 2022, The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Planet Technologies in a form approved by the City Solicitor in order to provide for compensation in the amount FourHundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents ($ 457,280.00) is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) and/or Amendment(s) with Planet Technologies in order to provide for compensation in the amount FourHundred Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents ($ 457,280.00) by increasing the cost by One Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($105,000) at a total cost not to exceed Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars ($562,280).
Section 2.B. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years, as follows:

Section 4. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
