Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution amending Resolution 279 of 2022, The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Planet Technologies in a form approved by the City Solicitor in order to provide for compensation in the amount FourHundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents ($ 457,280.00) is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) and/or Amendment(s) with Planet Technologies in order to provide for compensation in the amount FourHundred Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents ($ 457,280.00) by increasing the cost by One Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($105,000) at a total cost not to exceed Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars ($562,280).
