Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with CSXT for Preliminary Engineering work on the Boundary Street Corridor Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred and Fifteen Dollars ($17,215.00), payable from the following account/s:
