Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with H.W. Lochner, Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Design Phases of both Herron Avenue Bridge and Elizabeth Street Bridge; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Eight Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Dollars and Eighty Cents ($878,570.80), to be paid from the following accounts:
