Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) in the amount of $38,579.50 for the first installment of the 2023 Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission dues, chargeable to and payable from the Office of Management and Budget account 11101.102200.53.53101.2023.
