Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburg as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a liquor license, License No. R-12176 from BOKA, Inc. located at 3942 William Penn Hwy, Monroeville, PA 15146 to the Applicant, Kura Sushi USA, Inc. (d/b/a "Kura Revolving Sushi Bar") located at 415 Cinema Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, for the premises located at 415 Cinema Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, known as Kura Sushi USA, Inc. (d/b/a "Kura Revolving Sushi Bar"), pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, ?4-461.

Section 2. Request for Approval

Kura Sushi USA, Inc., (d/b/a "Kura Revolving Sushi Bar"), which has a mailing address of 17461 Derian Ave. Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92614, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-12176 , which is currently registered to BOKA, Inc. located at 3942 William Penn Hwy, Monroeville, PA 15146, desires to place a liquor license into premises known as Kura Sushi USA, Inc. (d/b/a "Kura Revolving Sushi Bar") and numbered as 415 Cinema Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. The proposed interior of the premises is 3,809 square foot floor area.

Section 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning intent to transfer the above liquor license.
