Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Port Authority of Allegheny County, 345 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, in an amount not to exceed TEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED, EIGHTY-THREE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($10,483.00), for transportation services provided for the 2022 City of Pittsburgh Richard S. Caliguiri Great Race on September 25, 2022.    Funds are chargeable to and payable from 5000731400.53901.00, in the Department of Park and Recreation, Office of Special Events.
