Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of City Planning and the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a license agreement or agreements with Duquesne Light Company, Inc. and Pittsburgh Parking for the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations at 6117 Kirkwood Street.

Section 1.                     The agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the Solicitor.
