The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     That the street name along the section of street beginning at its intersection with Allequippa Street and Sutherland Drive at its southwesterly end to its intersection with Utterback Drive and Allequippa Street at its easterly end, shall be and the same is hereby clarified as ALLEQUIPPA STREET, located in the Fourth and Fifth Wards.
