Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution No. 806 of 2018, entitled "Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in connection with the URA's application for a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant of up to $1,000,000 for the Stevens Elementary School Redevelopment project" is amended as follows:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority in order to receive a grant from the Pennsylvania Budget Office Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program in the amount of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,500,000.00) dollars for the renovation of Stevens Elementary School. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400434.45505.00.

Section 3. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, and/or a contract or contracts, or utilize existing agreements or contracts not to exceed ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($1,500,000.00) for the purpose of renovating Stevens Elementary School under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, and the Pennsylvania Budget Office chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants trust Fund account 4029400434.
