Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from the Charles Street Area Corporation in the amount of ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($101,000.00) for the Cross Strauss Park Renovation. Donated monies shall be deposited into the Parks Tax Trust fund account 4000280070.48106.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($101,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the City of Pittsburgh Parks Tax Trust Fund 4000280070.48106.00.
