Resolution amending Resolution No. 679 of 2012, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Project and License Agreement with Riverlife to provide capital improvements & renovations to Allegheny Landing Park, by further authorizing a City contribution to dock repair work at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 679 of 2012, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Project and License Agreement with Riverlife to provide capital improvements/renovations to Allegheny Landing Park,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are hereby authorized to enter into a Project and License Agreement or Agreements with Riverlife, pursuant to which Riverlife will make renovations/capital improvements to Allegheny Landing Park. The Project and License Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
Section 2. The City contribution for dock repair work shall not exceed $150,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Account Code 11101.102200.58.58101.2023.
