Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Am-Gard of SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($7,900.00) for the purchase of a canine for the Bureau of Police. Donated monies shall be deposited into Bureau of Police JDE account 11101.230000.56.56151.2023.
