Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Global K9 Protection Group valued at TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($10,000.00) for a pre-trained explosive detection canine.
