Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1:                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Norfolk Southern Railway Company for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering phase of the 28th Street Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Thirty One Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Three Dollars ($31,263.00) Thirty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Nine Dollars ($33,829.00) to be paid from the following account:
