Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Eric Walker and his counsel of record, Timothy P. O’Brien, Esquire, in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($7,500.00) in full and final settlement of litigation filed at USDC 2:21-cv-01096-CCW, chargeable to and payable from 11101.108000.58.58105.2022.2023.
