Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Keys Service Corps with regard to the 2022 AmeriCorps Summer Program. Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall be at a cost to the City not to exceed TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($12,000.00).

Section 2.                     Funding for said agreement(s) shall be chargeable and payable from: 11101.500000.53.53907.2022
