Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Director of Public Works and Director of the Office of Management and Budget are hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with Duquesne Light Company in order to accept a minimum annual electricity usage requirement in return for DLC to install a power line from the street to the Environmental Services lot to supply power to the new E/V charging infrastructure to charge electric refuse trucks.

 

Section 2.                     Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
