Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, Inc. for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of SEVENTY THOUSAND ($70,000.00) dollars to integrate banking access into the 2022-2023 City of Pittsburgh’s summer youth employment program.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, Inc. in order to receive a grant award of SEVENTY THOUSAND (70,000.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400395.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed SEVENTY THOUSAND ($70,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 0229400395.
