Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.       The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement and/or Contract with WSP USA Inc. for services related to an update to the Manchester National Register District that will add additional historic context, including civil rights history, to buildings within the district at a cost not to exceed THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND ($35,000.00) DOLLARS.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

$17,500.00 from 1129400359.53901.00

$17,500.00 from 1130172121.53901.00

Section 2.              Said Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
