Resolution amending Resolution 644-2020, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to adopt an existing government contract and enter into any related agreement or agreements and amendments thereto with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to provide Google Cloud subscription services, and add Google Assured Workloads to provide secure storage for sensitive data on the City's cloud platform, and add Astronomer cloud scheduling, tools, training, and installation services to support cloud data warehousing and archiving from source data systems, increasing the 2022 budget by $76,000 to a total of $1,319,182.92 in 2022 funds, and increasing the 2023 budget by $240,000 to a total of $1,628,219.98 in 2023 funds, at a total amount not to exceed Four Million, Three Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Twenty Four and 38/100 Dollars ($4,358,824.38).

Therefore be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution amending Resolution 644-2020, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance "to adopt an existing government agreement through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's cooperative purchasing program and to enter into any related agreement or agreements as necessary with Carahsoft Technology Corp. for a four-year term for Google Cloud subscription services, including professional services to complete the migration of the City's infrastructure to the cloud platform, with no subscription costs for the first year of the term, at an amount not to exceed Four Million Forty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Four and 38/100 Dollars ($4,042,824.38)" is hereby amended as follows:
