Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the with multiple phases of the Liberty Ave Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP); providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seven Million Four Hundred Five Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Six Dollars ($7,405,556.00), an increase of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) for the Final Design Phase from the previously executed agreement (52315-1).
