Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with CSXT for Engineering work on the Charles Anderson Bridge Replacement Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Fifteen Thousand One Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($15,180.00), payable from the following account/s:
