Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Healthy Outcomes Inc. DBA Balancing Act for a suite of online tools to educate and engage citizens on budget priorities at a cost not to exceed Thirty Nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000.00) over three years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council in future years.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
