Resolution amending Resolution #648 of 2019, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements with Maher Duessel to provide auditing services to the City of Pittsburgh, by exercising the additional option years to extend the term of the agreement for two years. Total cost not to exceed Six Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Nine Dollars ($672,859) over five years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution #648 of 2019, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements with Maher Duessel to provide auditing services to the City of Pittsburgh. Total cost not to exceed Four Hundred and Six Thousand Five Hundred and Three Dollars ($406,503) over three years with an option for two additional years," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Finance are authorized to enter into an or agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreement or agreements with a vendor for the purpose of providing audit services. Said contract or agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in a cost not to exceed [Four Hundred and Six Thousand Five Hundred and Three Dollars ($406,503) over three years with an option for two additional years] Six Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Nine Dollars ($672,859) over five years. This agreement is subject to the appropriation of funds by City Council in future budget years and chargeable to and payable from:
