Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority for administrative services for Commonwealth Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (“RACP”) awards, for a sum not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) over five years and for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority for administrative services for Commonwealth Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (“RACP”) awards, for a sum not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) over five years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2023: $90,000.00 from 11101.102200.58.58101.2023
2024: $40,000.00 from 11101.102200.58.58101.2024
2025: $40,000.00 from 11101.102200.58.58101.2025
2026: $40,000.00 from 11101.102200.58.58101.2026
2027: $40,000.00 from 11101.102200.58.58101.2027
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
