Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Easement with Jason and Stefanie Small to permit certain structures to encroach City property (Parcel ID 87-C-60).
The Easement and Easement Area is further described and depicted on the drawings that area attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
Section2. In consideration of granting the Easement, Jason and Stefanie Small will pay to City a one-time lump-sum payment totaling Nine Hundred Dollars and Zero cents ($900.00). The amount will be paid by check to Treasurer, City of Pittsburgh and deposited to the following account: 11101.107000.43.43407
Section 3. The Easement Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
