The  Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     That the name of HERTZOG WAY, along its entire length beginning at its terminus at its easterly end to its intersection with Fleming Ave at its westerly end, shall be and the same is hereby approved, located in the Twenty-Seventh Ward.
