Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into mini-grant reimbursement agreements for the 2022 Love Your Block program at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000).

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to utilize funding budgeted in the City of Pittsburgh 2022 Operating Budget in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000).
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into mini-grant reimbursement agreements with qualified nonprofit organizations to carry out block revitalization projects. The mini-grant reimbursement agreements shall be awarded in amounts not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) as indicated in Section 4 below.
Section 3. The mini-grant reimbursement agreements will be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and shall contain such other terms and conditions as may be in the best interest of the City. All reimbursements shall be made to groups through the mini-grant reimbursement agreements. All monies shall be paid from JDE account number 11101.110000.58.58101.2022.
Section 4. The selected qualified nonprofits that will complete Love Your Block projects are listed in the table below:
