Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution amending Resolution 541-2021 “resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with Monday.com an online project management and portfolio management tool for use with multiple City departments at cost not to Eighty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($80,000)” is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Monday.com an online project management and portfolio management tool for use with multiple City departments at cost not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($80,000) One Hundred Six Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($106,000)
