Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Urban Redevelopment Authority, in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Dollars and Ninety One Cents ($350,212.91) for an extension of our previous land care contract, chargeable to and payable from:
