Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR DOLLARS ($566,384)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Public Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority in order to receive a grant award of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR DOLLARS ($566,384). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 2329400402.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR DOLLARS ($566,384), chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants Trust Fund account 2329400402.
