The grant proposal includes a request of $262,180.50, with a local match of $262,180.50 to come from a City of Pittsburgh’s Capital Budget JDE Job No. 4550000421 Homewood Park - Construction. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE ($524,361.00) DOLLARS for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
