Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design phase of the Penn Ave Signal Improvements Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($753,660.00), to be paid from the following accounts:
