The parties seek to further amend the current agreement in order to add scheduling services for the City’s Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at no added cost to the City. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.             Authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an amended five-year professional services agreement or agreements commencing July 1, 2020 with RollKall Technologies, LLC for a web-based secondary employment scheduling system and related support services in which Bureau of Police, Bureau of Administration, and Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) employees can bid on secondary employment jobs, which are paid by secondary employers approved by the Office of Special Events, Bureau of Administration, Bureau of EMS, and/or the Bureau of Police, in an amount not-to-exceed Eight Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars and No Cents ($853,925.00). RollKall Technologies, LLC has acquired the former contracting entity, Cover Your Assets, LLC (CYA), and will replace CYA as the contracting entity for said services.

 

Section 2.             Funds for said amended agreement or agreements shall be chargeable and payable from the following chart of accounts subject to available appropriations, broken down by budget year and corresponding dollar amount:
