Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($33,883.00) for upgrading recording systems in the interview and interrogation rooms of the Bureau of Police. Donated monies shall be deposited into Bureau of Police JDE account 11101.230000.53.53509.2022.
