Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No. 44 No. 129 of 2022 "amending Resolution 44-2022, a resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Computronix (USA) Inc., for the provision of a permitting and licensing package, at an additional cost not to exceed One Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($175,000.00)" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or Amendments, or extensions thereto on a month-to-month basis, with Computronix (USA) Inc. for the provision of a permitting and licensing package at a cost not to exceed Seven Million Forty-nine Thousand Four Hundred and Two Dollars ($7,049,402) over five years Seven Million Eight Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Three Dollars ($7,838,933), subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years. This cost includes implementation, training, maintenance, professional services, annual software subscriptions, and production support services and enhancements over the course of the Agreement or Agreements.
