Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.     On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, the Director of the Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into relevant agreements or execute required purchase orders for a Hyundai EDR Kit with GIT America at a cost not to exceed Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($7,725), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
