Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure is authorized to enter into a commodity agreement with PBSC Urban Solutions for the purchase of equipment for the Healthy Ride Electrified Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million and Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($1,095,000.00) chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
