Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Amended Agreement/Agreements and amendments with Avenu Insights and Analytics to digitize microfiche and aperture cards holding historic permitting data and certificates of occupancy and add them to the Department’s digital library.

Section 2. The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable form the following account for an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND AND NINE HUNEDRED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-SIX CENTS $282,954.86 185,600.00:
