Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections, the Director of City Planning and the Chief of Innovation & Performance to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into a Second an Amended Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with buildingeye, Inc. ("buildingeye") to purchase software and related support services that will create an interactive map for internal and public visual display of planning, permit, license, and violation data. The general objective of retaining buildingeye is to provide one public information source displaying all permit types, licenses, violations, and planning information for a geographic address in order for City processes to become more transparent.

Section 2. The overall cost of said Second Amended Agreement(s) shall not exceed Five Hundred Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Dollars and No Cents ($507,740.00). Three Hundred and Forty One Thousand and Three Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($341,300). Payments shall be chargeable to and payable according to the account codes and item numbers as set forth in Section 2 below. Said Second Amended Agreement(s) shall be approved as to form by the City Solicitor.
