Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No. 427 of 2021, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution No. 392 of 2020, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to extend a Professional Service Agreement(s) with STR.Grants, LLC for software services relating to the eProperties Plus profiling system, by a term of one year at an additional cost not to exceed Thirty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Six Dollars and Thirty Cents ($35,226.30)," is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with STR.Grants, LLC for the purpose of subscribing to a cloud-based property profiling service to improve the tracking and organization of City-owned properties. The total cost for said Agreement(s) shall not exceed [Two Hundred Thirty One Thousand Seven Hundred Five Dollars and Six Cents ($231,705.06),] Two Hundred Thirty One Thousand Seven Hundred Five Dollars and Six Cents ($275,923.15), chargeable to and payable from:
