Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority to provide for the leasing of four (4) pumper trucks for the Bureau of Fire at a cost not to exceed Three Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars and Seventy-Four Cents ($3,879,860.74) over seven years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years.

Funds will be included in each annual Cooperation Agreement for the duration of the lease term, with payments coming from the following account strings:

2024: 8458990124.57531.00

2025: 8458990125.57531.00

2026: 8458990126.57531.00

2027: 8458990127.57531.00

2028: 8458990128.57531.00

2029: 8458990129.57531.00

2030: 8458990130.57531.00

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
