Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 563, effective September 16, 2019, which presently reads as follows:

Section 1. "The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Buchart Horn Architects, for architectural and engineering design services related to the renovation of the former Thaddeus Stevens School for use by the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, Special Deployment Division, for the not to exceed amount of NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE DOLLARS AND TWENTY TWO CENTS ($973,595.22). Renovation is part of an ongoing project utilizing BOND and GRANT funds, and therefore, may be phased over several years."

The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the following Capital line item:
4575070619.54205.00 $973, 595.22
