Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with North Side Christian Health Center for an amount not to exceed Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Dollars and Fifty Four Cents ($90,220.54).

Funds shall be chargeable and payable to JDE job number 1000890119.58101.00.
