Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Heinz Endowments for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) dollars to develop a strategic plan.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Heinz Endowments in order to receive a grant award of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400393.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 1129400393.
