Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution amending . 593 of 2021, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution 321 of 2021, a resolution amending an Agreement or Agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC ("eDocs") for for licensing services and maintenance and support services to correct the total not-to-exceed amount for the three year extension" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Departments of Innovation and Performance and Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements with eDocs continuing licensing OnBase Information Management; to license additional equipment, to purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system, a Unity License with an additional 1 year contract extension.for licensing, maintenance, professional and support services to convert the currently used Incident Management System (IMS) over to a more robust platform for management of Police document images dating from 2006 back through and including 1996 and imaging project implementation and import and indexing of the APRS Data (other forms from RMS) onto OnBase. The OnBase platform will integrate with RMS, be hosted in the cloud and provide the Police Department with its own instance of OnBase for access to the documents. The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed One Million Forty Four Thousand and Fifty Six Dollars and Eighty Three cents ($1,044,05...
