Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements with MAS Financial Advisory Services, LLC and Davenport & Company LLC for the purpose of providing municipal advisory services to the City over a three-year period with an option for two additional years.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreement or agreements, and amendments thereto, with MAS Financial Advisory Services, LLC and Davenport & Company LLC for the purpose of providing municipal advisory services to the City for a period of three years (2022, 2023, 2024) with an option for two additional years.  The firms will advise on all matters associated with debt issuance, debt restructuring, debt policies and debt management.

Section 2.        The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
