Whereas, Resolution No. 288 of 2022, passed on June 14, 2022, further amended Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, entitled "Resolution adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2019 through 2024 Capital Improvement Program" by increasing Major Developments by $808,090 for Penn Circle Two Way Conversion (the "2019 Penn Circle Allocation").

Whereas, Resolution No. 294 of 2022, passed on June 14, 2022, further amended Resolution No. 840 of 2019, effective December 23, 2019, as amended, entitled "Resolution adopting and approving the 2020 Capital Budget and the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2020 through 2025 Capital Improvement Program" by increasing Major Developments by $191,910 for Penn Circle Two Way Conversion (the "2020 Penn Circle Allocation").

Whereas, the City and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA") seek to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements to provide the 2019 Allocation and the 2020 Allocation to the URA for the performance of certain work in connection with the Penn Circle Two Way Conversion.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in which URA agrees to perform certain work in connection with the Penn Circle Two Way Conversion, as specified therein, and the City agrees to provide to URA the transfer of an amount not to ...
