Body
Whereas, pursuant to Council Resolution 385 of 2020, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is authorized to acquire properties in the 12th Ward designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 124-K, Lots 65, 66, 71, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78-B, 129, 130, 131, 132, 147, and 149, among others; and

Whereas, pursuant to pending DOMI vacation petition 2021-10693, Regis Way between Shetland Street and Joseph Street and a portion of Rapidan Way from the south line of Regis Way to the southern boundary of Block 124-K, Lot 147, are to be vacated; and

Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh desires to acquire all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to the to-be-vacated Right of Way adjoining the Publicly-Owned properties in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 124-K, Lots 65, 66, 71, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78-B, 129, 130, 131, 132, 147, and 149, for the sum of $4,850.25 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition; and

Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh desires to give approval to the acquisition by Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh.
